Shipping
We ship to a large number of countries worldwide and delivering your order to you in a fast and efficient manner is one of our key priorities. Most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business before 2pm (New Zealand).
All of our products are shipped using CourierPost in New Zealand. You will receive a confirmation email when the goods have been dispatched, a long with a tracking number. You can track your order by going to the Courier Post website: http://www.courierpost.co.nz. Please note: it may take one business day before you're able to track your order on the shipper’s website.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
DELIVERY TIMES
New Zealand
Please allow two to three business days for delivery within New Zealand. If you live out in the sticks (rural and some South Island areas), it may take a further day or two for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
International
Orders to Australia will be delivered between two and five business days.
International orders are usually delivered between three and ten business days, dependent on the delivery method selected.
For our international customers: You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives. For example, in the UK you'll possibly have to pay VAT and a handling fee to Royal Mail before they'll release your parcel. If so then you'll receive a 'Fee to Pay' card with options for online payment and delivery, or collection from your local delivery office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
